How do I get in?
Follow the steps below as a guide for your program application. We would like to make it as simple as possible for you to come and study at KGIBC-CTC.
Step 1: Choose your program
Find your program online and review the details.
Step 2: Complete the application form

Step 3 : Meet the entrance requirements
1. Complete the King George International Business College on-line assessment exam or submit any equivalent recognized international test score. Proof of the minimum English Language requirement shall be obtained within one year prior to program start date. A TOEIC or TOEFL test score submitted must have been written within the 12 month period prior to the date the test score is submitted to gain entry to a program: link to Entrance Requirements
2. Complete an oral interview. Oral interviews may be done in person or by phone.
Not all programs require an oral interview: Please refer to entrance requirements.
3. All applicants must pass our entrance requirements to gain entry to a program.
Step 4: Submit your payment
We will send you an invoice acknowledging your registration. You can make a payment to the payment address mentioned on your invoice. As soon as we receive your tuition payment, we will issue you a letter of acceptance.
Step 5: Getting a Visa
You can now go to the Canadian Embassy or Consulate if you need a Temporary Resident Visa (Visitor’s Visa) or Study Permit. You will need to bring your letter of Acceptance and invoice in order to apply for one and please check with CIC in your country for any additional documents that need to be submitted with your application.

Step 6: First day of school
Please bring a photocopy of your medical insurance and passport (copies of Visa and entry stamp as well as a copy of your picture, name and passport number) to the registrar. Your first class starts at 9:00 am and don’t forget to review our KGIBC-CTC policies.
